CLEVELAND, Ohio -- The second round of the NFL Wild Card playoffs starts at 1:05 p.m. Sunday on CBS between the Jacksonville Jaguars and Buffalo Bills, followed by the Carolina Panthers at the New Orleans Saints at 4:40 p.m. on FOX.
The Bills made the playoffs courtesy of the Cincinnati Bengals, who rallied late to defeat the Baltimore Ravens on the last day of the regular season. The Bills earned their first playoff berth since 1999.
The game will also reunite former Bills tackle Marcel Dareus, a former first-round pick, who the Bills traded to the Jaguars earlier this season.
The late game between the Panthers and the Saints is the third meeting between the two teams. The Saints defeated the Panthers twice this season. The Saints outscored the Panthers in those two games, 65-34.
Should much change between these two teams? The Saints are one of the better rushing teams in the league and they averaged five yards per pop in their two meetings and how will the Panthers step up?
Maybe the Panthers will rely on their postseason experience. The Panthers played in the Super Bowl two years ago. The Saints will make their first postseason appearance in four years.
