The public part of the ceremony ended when Harry and Meghan left for their two wedding receptions, hosted by the Queen at St George's Hall, not far from the chapel. That marks the end of the public part of the ceremony.
The couple got to the reception via a horse-drawn carriage through the streets of Windsor.

Harry and Meghan sealed their union with a kiss on the steps of St George's Chapel at around 1:07 p.m.

At 12:39 p.m. the Archbishop of Canterbury declared Harry and Meghan to be husband and wife. From that moment they were officially married.
